Turnitin Issues [Resolved]

We’ve been receiving reports users enable to access Turnitin reports through My Dundee. Turnitin is an externally provided service so we have raised it with them and will update this post when we know more.

Update (10:47 24/07/2019): Turnitin has marked this issue as resolved, with apology for disruption caused.

Update (10:35 24/07/2019): Turnitin has acknowledged this issue and issued this message.

What’s happening

Instructors have reported problems getting in to mark assignments, receiving an error beginning: “Sorry, the page you requested does not exist.”

Students are able to submit work, but not to see feedback / similarity reports.

Who is this affecting

All Turnitin users.

What’s next

We’re still looking into this issue and have raised a call with the external supplier. We will update this post when we know more information.
