YuJa issue – direct link not working with SSO

There is a current issue that we are working with YuJa to resolve. If you try to access YuJa directly from the video.ac.uk link, you will see an error message when you try to log in using Single Sign On.

This error only occurs when you access YuJa via the direct link. If you go to one of your My Dundee modules, and access YuJa from there, you will be able to get in. You can do this by clicking on the Content and Tools item in the left-hand menu. From here, click on YuJa in the side-panel. The page will automatically open to the module channel, but you can click on My Media to see all of your videos.
