My Dundee Questionmark Assessment Issue (January 23rd 2018)

Unfortunately we have identified an issue with our instance of Questionmark On Demand assessment system and Internet Explorer within the UoD campus. Users may find that they experience an error when trying to launch an assessment from within My Dundee. There is no specific error message – only that ‘Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. You can use both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, both of which are installed on campus by navigating to the following location: Start Menu > All Programs > Internet and Communications Internet Explorer (outwith the campus) If you experience the error using Internet Explorer outwith the campus, please try the following workaround: In Internet Explorer, click the settings icon at the top right hand side and select Internet Options Select the Privacy tab and click on Advanced: Click the radio button to enable ‘Override automatic cookie handling’ and ensure First and Third party cookies are enabled. Additionally, tick the ‘Always allow session cookies’ box: Click on OK. In My Dundee, navigate back to...
