1. Embedding Word/PowerPoint/Excel documents into your content
To embed a Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or Excel document into your Ultra document, open the document you want to embed and ensure that it is saved to your OneDrive (not in Teams or SharePoint).
In the top right-hand corner, select Share. A pop-up will appear.

First, select the People you specify can edit option and select which permissions you want the user to have. Click Apply.

Select Copy Link. Another window will appear.

Select Copy.
This copies the link to your clipboard.
To embed the content in your Ultra document, select the Insert/Edit Media from the web.

Copy your link and add an Alternative text.
Click Insert.
2. Embedding Streams into your Ultra Document
To embed a previously recorded Stream into your Ultra document, open Office 365 from your web browser and select Stream from the list of Apps.
Select the video you want to embed and click Share.

Copy the link.
To embed the content in your Ultra document, select the Insert/Edit Media from the web. Copy your link and add an Alternative text. Click Insert.
