What is Researchfish?
Researchfish is an online facility used by research funders and research organisations, including UKRI and Wellcome Trust, to track the outcomes from their investments. PIs who have received funding are asked to log the outputs, outcomes and impacts of their work in the system.

Impact of COVID-19 on UKRI-funded projects
There will be a temporary additional question section on Researchfish for 2021 to help understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on UKRI-funded projects. This will allow researchers to identify if their project’s outputs and outcomes have been affected by COVID-19.
From Researchfish on the questions in this section:
“To ensure we are only asking for the data required for this evaluation, the question will be applied to a subset of awards where it is most relevant. For example, the question will only be applied to those awards which were active on 1 February 2020 and will not be applied to studentship awards. Award holders will be informed in the run up to the submission period if they will be asked to answer this section.”
