I began to create my final drawing after establishing my final design.

The final design drew inspiration from the same of the rear end of the Tizio lamp but I think this got diluted in the end. I took the essence of the cantilever design and employed it in a functional way. The spice rack design allowed for space saving and also creates an organised place to put them. The design currently lacks the flares and aesthetic appeal of the Tizio lamp. This, I feel is a contrast to the Tizio Lamp as i think the lamps function and mechanism distracts from its hidden design, but the mechanism and functionality of the spice rack distracts from it basic design.
