The Medical School are recommending the use of CAPSULE and Speaking Clincally to support your teaching. The interactive cases and patient videos may provide you with additional resources to support student self directed learning.

CAPSULE is a clinical case-based app provided to you by your medical school as a key learning resource to help apply your knowledge to clinical practice throughout this year. It is written by senior clinical faculty and covers all the specialties at an appropriate level for fulfilling your medical degree. It’s available as a dedicated mobile app (which also includes an offline option) and you can also access it on the web. We hope you find it a helpful resource.

Speaking Clinically is a video archive of patients talking openly about their medical conditions. It can be used as a teaching aid or for self-directed study. This resource is operated by the Medical Schools Council and available to students at its member medical schools.
