Types of Interview
If you get invited to interview – WELL DONE.
You should be really proud of yourself. On paper you can do the job and now is your chance to verbally tell them more about you!
Interviews can take various forms – one-to-one or with a panel, structured and formal or conversational and informal. It’s always a good idea to try and get an indication of what type of interview it might be to help you prepare.
Outside of that there are 3 main ways that interviews take place – he following image gives you a broad overview of their key components. Understanding the differences between each type of interview will help you prepare. It may be the case that you would face 2 or 3 different types of interview for one job application.
