This resource draws on the work of others, in direct and indirect ways, on resilience and related topics, as well as the authors’ experience of being researchers and working in the research environment. It is not an exhaustive study on the subject, rather a tool to help you identify key areas for developing resilience and wellbeing. The various resources have been grouped into five main themes starting with better self-knowledge so that you know where to best direct your efforts.
