Join Kenneth from the Archives team in another video looking at an aspect of the history of the University of Dundee.In this video, he focuses on Peter Ustinov, who many may already know was the first Rector of the University of Dundee, serving in office from 1968 until 1974. Of course, being part of the University of St Andrews before 1967, first as University College and then as Queens College, Dundee had had previous Rectors (the Rectors of St Andrews), some of whom were exceptionally involved with what was going on in Dundee. But Ustinov was the first person to be Rector of the University of Dundee, elected solely by Dundee students.
