Taking breaks is good for your brain!
Breaks help you maintain mental and physical health. To calm your central nervous system and shift brain states, you want to do relaxing activities like walking, meditation, and being in nature. These activities can improve wellbeing. Allow yourself time to do nothing and just be.
We asked our PGRs to take a second to stop and be present in the moment, and share a photo of their moment. We received so many amazing images. Below you will see a list of winners and their images under each category.
