George Howard Bell was Symers Professor of Physiology in the University of Dundee, 1947-1975. He was a keen photographer and took photographs of the University, Dundee and its surrounding area. We are lucky enough to hold his collection in the University Archives. This video, created by Kenneth Baxter from the Archive Services at the University, is the second of a two-parter, exploring Bell’s wonderful photograph collection which depicts Dundee city centre during a time of rapid change.
