Recent accreditation of the PLF by Advance HE means that the University of Dundee is now in a position to confer in-house professional recognition at Associate Fellow, Fellow and Senior Fellow categories for our staff.
The PLF is a form of continuing professional development and a mechanism for staff and students with teaching and supporting learning responsibilities to gain fellowship of Advance HE through the experiential route. Successfully completing fellowship can support a case for academic promotion and may also help to support professional validation by external bodies.
This exciting new initiative is led by Dr Fiona Muir, from the School of Medicine, with support from Monica Matthews, Academic Skills Centre.
