As it is Minds Matters Month, DUSA The Union have set up a series of virtual events to help students destress and improve their mental health. For instance, they will hold their first ever virtual pet therapy day, to meet the animals behind the screens and chat all things animals. As well as a virtual self-care fair, an online resilience workshop to explore how students experience self-care and recognise their needs, a mindfulness session with Jean Jarvis and a Rag 12-hour Livestream.

The events started on the 4th of November and will run throughout the course of the month until the 28th.
